Being still is peaceful. It allows us to be reflective, observing what is going on inside, not to mention the physical benefits of being freed from what is going on around us. You could call this “active stillness.” That is, “be still and know…” Being still is a discipline, with the intention of observing and receiving.
The resulting track is a reflection of that feeling of being still, of taking a moment to pause and observe.
For me, Being Still is a reminder to slow down and take a moment to observe and receive. It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos of everyday life, but taking a step back and being still can have profound effects on our well-being.
